The story is set in December of 2199, when the streets are full of anticipation for the end of the year and the start of the new one. Amid the celebrations, word spreads that Ragna the Bloodedge, an SS-class rebel with the highest ever bounty on his head, has appeared in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi.

BlazBlue Alter Memory is a 2013 anime series which premiered in Japan on October 8, 2013. It is based on the video games BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger and BlazBlue: Continuum Shift. Funimation has licensed the anime for streaming and home video release in North America.

Plot
In the year 2199, humanity eagerly waits for the dawn of the new century, following the end of a series of devastating magic wars. Word spreads that Ragna the Bloodedge, an SS-class rebel with the highest ever bounty on his head and a powerful form of Ars Magus known as the "Azure Grimoire", has appeared in the 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi. To collect the bounty and his Azure Grimoire, a motley array of fighters converge on Kagutsuchi

Ragna the Bloodedge (ラグナ＝ザ＝ブラッドエッジ Raguna za Buraddoejji?)
Voiced by: Tomokazu Sugita, Rina Satō (child) (Japanese), Patrick Seitz (English). Ragna the Bloodedge is a wanted criminal with an extraordinarily large bounty on his head (well in the trillions) for attempting to destroy the Novus Orbis Librarium, and is Jin and Saya's older brother. His right arm is prosthetic and contains the powerful "Azure Grimoire", or "BlazBlue". He is the protagonist of the BlazBlue series.

Jin Kisaragi (ジン＝キサラギ?)
Voiced by: Tetsuya Kakihara (Japanese), David Vincent (English). Jin Kisaragi is a former Major and 4th Thaumaturgist Squadron Commander of the Novus Orbis Librarium, and Ragna and Saya's brother. He wields the Nox Nyctores "Mucro Algesco: Yukianesa" sword.

Noel Vermillion (ノエル＝ヴァーミリオン Noeru Vāmirion?)/Mu-12 (ミュー·トゥエルブ Myū-Tuerubu?, μ-12-, μ -No.12-)
Voiced by: Kanako Kondō (Japanese), Cristina Valenzuela (English). Noel Vermillion is a former lieutenant of the Novus Orbis Librarium who was assigned to return the AWOL Jin Kisaragi to his post. In reality, she's a Murakumo Unit known as Mu-12. She wields the Nox Nyctores "Arcus Diabolus: Bolverk" revolvers.

Rachel Alucard (レイチェル＝アルカード Reicheru Arukādo?)
Voiced by: Kana Ueda (Japanese), Mela Lee (English). Rachel Alucard is the head of the Alucard vampire clan. She is the current owner of the "Tsukuyomi Unit".

Nago (ナゴ?)
Voiced by: Masaru Suzuki (Japanese), Ethan Murray (English). Nago is Rachel's black transmogrifying cat that speaks and acts just as snobbishly as her. He is often seen in umbrella form but he could also morph into and be used as either a Lobelia (bat lance) cannon or a comfy chair.

Gii (ギイ Gī?)
Voiced by: Sena Tsubaki (Japanese), Cindy Robinson (English). Gii is Rachel's stout red bat familiar. He is often burdened by Rachel's orders during teatime, or her fits wherein she has the penchant of either using him as a footrest or pinching his cheek.

Taokaka (タオカカ?)
Voiced by: Chiwa Saito. Taokaka is a respected warrior of the Kaka clan, who is attempting to apprehend Ragna the Bloodedge and use the bounty to secure a new home-land for the Kaka.

Iron Tager (アイアン＝テイガー Aian Teigā?, TR-0009)
Voiced by: Kenji Nomura. Iron Tager is a Sector Seven professor who has been mechanically enhanced to perform field-work.

Yūki Terumi (ユウキ＝テルミ?)/ Hazama (ハザマ?)
Voiced by: Yūichi Nakamura (Japanese), Doug Erholtz (English). Hazama is a captain of Novus Orbis Librarium's Intelligence Department. In reality, his real name is Yuki Terumi, a former member of the Six Heroes who betrayed them, and the one whom responsible for kidnapping Saya and had Jin being mind controlled by Yukianesa. He is the secondary antagonist alongside Relius.

Makoto Nanaya (マコト＝ナナヤ?)
Voiced by: Tomomi Isomura (Japanese), Cindy Robinson (English). Makoto Nanaya is a former classmate of Tsubaki Yayoi, Carl Clover, Noel Vermillion, and Jin Kisaragi from the Military Academy. She is a squirrel beastkin.

Valkenhayn R. Hellsing (ヴァルケンハイン＝Ｒ＝ヘルシング Varukenhain Āru Herushingu?)
Voiced by: Motomu Kiyokawa (Japanese), Doug Stone (English). Rachel's servant and one o the Six Heroes. He is a wolf beastkin.

Platinum the Trinity (プラチナ＝ザ＝トリニティ Purachina za Toriniti?)

Relius Clover (レリウス＝クローバー Reriusu Kurōbā?)
Voiced by: Junichi Suwabe (Japanese), Travis Willingham (English). Relius Clover is the father of Carl Clover and Ada Clover as well as the husband of Ignis. He and Terumi are the secondary antagonists of the series.

Kokonoe (ココノエ?)
Voiced by: Chie Matsūra (Japanese), Julie Ann Taylor (English). Kokonoe is a scientist at Sector Seven, and an important supporting character in the BlazBlue series. She is the daughter of Six Heroes Jubei and Nine.

Jubei (獣兵衛 Jūbē?)
Voiced by: Masaki Terasoma (Japanese), Kirk Thornton (English). Jubei, also known as Mitsuyoshi, is one of the Six Heroes and Ragna's master who battled the Black Beast alongside Hakumen. He is a cat beastkin.

Linhua (リンファ Rinfa?)
Voiced by: Yukiko Kato. Litchi's assistant in the clinic.
Saya (サヤ?)
Voiced by: Yukana (Japanese), Kate Davis (English).Saya is the younger sister to both Jin and Ragna. She was born with a frail body, and throughout her life, she was bullied by her brother Jin. Her other brother, Ragna, was much more caring, spent much time with her. Jin grew jealous of the relationship Ragna and Saya shared, and eventually attempted to kill her, immediately after she gave Jin the Nox Nyctores, Yukianesa. She is somehow possessed by an entity known as Izanami and was kidnapped by Yūki Terumi that day, and being given unconscious to Relius Clover under Izanami's order.

Trinity Glassfield (トリニティ＝グラスフィール Toriniti Gurasufīru?)
Voiced by: Aoi Yūki (Japanese), Alexis Tipton (English)

Imperator Librarius Izanami (帝?)
Voiced by: Yukana (Japanese), Kate Davis (English). The true antagonist of the series and the imperator of the NOL. She had Hazama and Relius kidnap Saya and made her into her vessel.

Before I start this story telling, I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Moch. Chaydar Bisri. I’m from English Rombel 5. And now, I wanted to retell the story about Changing Battery. One day, there is the house. That house is in the village which only one house at there. A woman left in that house. She left alone. One day on 5 July 2011, she received a box from her son, John. She seaw a piece of letter on the box. She read it. John write on that letter, because he can't came to his mother's, because he was busy. After read the letter, that woman who is John is mother, open the box. There is a robot in there. After turned on the robot, she gave some exercise, like sweep the yard, clean the window, water the plants, and etc. The woman only saw the robot do that exercise. Until that day, the robot saw her slept on the sofa after watch TV. Robot put the blanket on that woman. After that the robot watched TV too, he curious what that woman saw in that TV. After a while, The mother got up. She saw her robot watch TV. She saw that robot see circus program. After that, she doesn’t used that robot like a toy. They always do they activity together, like eat and drink. Actually when eat, suddenly the robot inactive. She known the energy of robot’s battery was empty. She changed it with the new battery. So, the robot active again. After pass some day, they are so close. The woman always bought the robot an oil for that robot’s drink. That women looked ill. For day to day, her condition to become worse. One day, that woman gave the robot surprise. She gave two tickets for saw the circus. Until one years from they first meet, the robot is very happy, because that day, the age of that robot is 1 yeara.He take the calendar to show it for her. But, when the robot, got out from the house. The woman was died. Robot took some battery to place it in that woman, but, she doesn’t got up. Robot’s feel very sad. And now, robot did all that activity alone until robot is battery empty. When that robot died, robot looked she gave 2 tickets for him. robot’s very happy. And now they happy in other world. The End. This is my video. Thank your attention.
